Please call 760-948-8386 to schedule an appointment to complete your registration and interview at our facilities, and book boarding dates. We are available to take your calls from 7am until 11pm.

To save time please complete our registration forms found below.

Prior to providing doggie stay and playcare services for your companion;
** Registrations must be completed in full and approved by A Royal RuffHouse **
** All Dog(s) must be current on all vaccinations including Bordetella, supported by your Veterinarians
Records prior to their first stay and play care service. **
Please download and complete the following forms below. The file format is Adobe Acrobat with the .pdf file name extension. Form 1 must be printed out and completed.
Use Form 2 if you have one dog and use Form 2a if you have 2 or more dogs, for your convenience. Both Form 2 or 2a must be printed out and then completed.
